Omolara Mulikat Ojulari is a senior finance, taxation, audit, and public-sector executive with a distinguished career spanning financial management, revenue administration, corporate governance, risk management, academia, and institutional development. She currently serves as Director of Accounts and Finance at the Kwara State Internal Revenue Service, providing executive leadership over financial operations, budgeting, revenue management, expenditure control, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Her career reflects extensive experience in strengthening financial systems, enhancing institutional controls, and supporting strategic organisational objectives.

Mrs. Ojulari brings a strong blend of professional expertise and academic distinction to executive and governance environments. She holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science, an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance, and an MBA in Taxation Management, and has undertaken doctoral studies in Accounting. She is an Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Her executive and professional development includes ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification, ISO 31000 Risk Management training, and Executive Education in Risk Management for Corporate Leaders at Harvard Business School.

Her leadership experience extends across public-sector administration, internal audit, taxation, higher education, entrepreneurship development, and organisational transformation. She has provided leadership in internal audit and quality management, developed audit and control frameworks, supported risk identification and mitigation, and advised senior management on corrective and improvement actions. She also served as Project Manager for the implementation of a new Revenue Administration System, overseeing the development and deployment of more than ten modules. Earlier, as an academic and senior administrator at Kwara State University, she combined teaching with leadership responsibilities in accounting, finance, entrepreneurship, and investment advisory initiatives. Her breadth of experience positions her to contribute meaningfully to boards and senior governance structures through informed oversight of financial stewardship, risk, compliance, strategy, and institutional performance.

Shehu Mogaji Abdullahi is the Director, Legal & Compliance at Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (KWIRS). He had his First Degree in Law from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and further his academic pursuit at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He possesses vast knowledge in Corporate Governance, Commercial Law and practice, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Company Law, and Secretarial practice. Barrister Abdullahi headed Adebayo Adelodun, SAN & Co. firm, where he provided several legal representations and advisory roles. He was also a staff of the defunct Trade Bank Plc where he rendered legal services, represented the bank on several legal occasions before setting up his private legal practice in 2006 in Ilorin, Kwara State. Shehu Mogaji Abdullahi was the Acting Managing Director/CEO and Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser to Harmony Holdings Limited Investment & Trust Limited until his appointment as a Director at Kwara State Internal Revenue Service.

Mohammed Shehu Usman is the Director, Income Tax at the Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (KWIRS). He has worked and served in various capacities in Business, Banks and Financial institutions and performed various managerial roles at the Omega Bank, Heritage Bank Company Limited and Unity Bank from 2003 until his appointment by the Kwara State Government as a Director at KWIRS. Mohammed Usman is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Omotayo Saliu Ayinla is the Director, Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of the Kwara State Internal Revenue Service, (KWIRS). He was a lecturer at the Lecture Centre of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). He has worked with the Kwara State Teaching Service Commission and also at the Kwara State Local Government Service Commission, Ilorin where he served for years as the Council Accountant at different Local Governments until he was appointed a Director at KWIRS by the Kwara State Government in February 2024. Omotayo Ayinla is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN); Member, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN); Member, Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN); Member, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria (ICPAN); Member, Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP) and a Member of the Association of History Society of Nigeria (AHSON).

La-Kadri Yusuf Bolaji is a seasoned finance, taxation and business management professional with extensive experience spanning tax advisory and compliance, corporate taxation, treasury management, financial management, credit administration and organisational operations. He currently serves as the Director, Administration & Operations at the Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (KW-IRS), where he contributes to the strategic management of the Service’s human resources, administrative functions, operational effectiveness and organisational development.

A graduate of Accounting from the University of Ilorin, La-Kadri began his professional taxation career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he provided and managed tax compliance services for clients across state, federal and international jurisdictions. His experience at PwC provided a strong foundation in tax administration, regulatory compliance and professional advisory services.

He subsequently joined Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc, where he served in senior tax and treasury leadership positions, including Deputy General Manager/Head of Tax & Treasury and Group Tax Manager. In these roles, he was responsible for tax strategy, compliance, treasury operations and tax-risk management, contributing to improved financial outcomes and effective management of tax-related risks across the organisation.

La-Kadri also held senior managerial positions at Vodacom Business Africa Nigeria Limited, including Head of Tax and Finance Manager. During his tenure, he played key roles in financial management, taxation, compliance and business operations, contributing to the organisation’s financial and operational objectives.

With a career spanning professional services, telecommunications, manufacturing and public-sector revenue administration, La-Kadri brings a broad understanding of the intersection between finance, taxation, risk management, corporate governance and organisational performance. His professional experience reflects a strong focus on financial discipline, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and sustainable institutional growth.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI) and a Fellow Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (FICA). He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and holds the Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations from CIMA, UK.

La-Kadri is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Lagos Business School as a member of the EMBA 31 Cohort, further strengthening his capabilities in strategic leadership, business management and organisational transformation
